چکیده

Several MIMO technology are introduced to improve the performance factor for next generation systems, closedloop MIMO schemes increase the system capacity as well as cell cover-age in single cell system, Interference occurring in cell network is the dominant issue, unless several multiple-base-station co-operation schemes have been introduced to mitigate or reduce the intercell interference. In this paper we first provide a scenarios and technology categories for multi-Base station MIMO schemes, next we implement closed loop multicell MIMO techniques adopted in IEEE 802.16m, it doesn’t require data forwarding among different base stations. In this paper specifically explains the overall operations which minimize overhead. We also present simulation results, this conform the efficiency of the presented interference mitigation method. Index Terms Closed MIMO, Multi-Cell, IEEE802.16m, Interference mitigation

A Comprehensive Survey on Various ICIC Schemes and Proposed 3G RF Interference Mitigation Techniques for OFDM Downlink on Cellular Networks

Inter Cell Interference (ICI) still poses a real challenge that limits the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Access (OFDMA) system performance, especially for users located at the cell edge. A common Inter Cell Interference Coordination (ICIC) technique is interference avoidance in which the allocation of the various system resources (e.g., time, frequency, and power) to users is contr...

A Novel Spectrum Assignment Technique for Interference Mitigation in 4G Heterogeneous Networks

This paper proposes a novel frequency reuse scheme in a hierarchical cellular network using the long-term evolution (LTE) technology. Universal frequency reuse (UFR) is targeted for future generation multi-cellular wireless networks. However, current research has shown that implementation of UFR may lead to intolerable interference levels experienced by user equipments in the vicinity of the ce...

Selecting the Optimal Fractional Frequency Reuse Scheme in Long Term Evolution Networks

Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks offer high capacity and are specified and designed to accommodate small, high performance, power-efficient end-user devices. One limiting factor that influences LTE performance is the interference from neighbouring cells, the so called Inter-Cell Interference (ICI). The investigation of ICI mitigation techniques has become a key focus area in achieving dense s...
